How can I place an order?

You can order online from our page, adding the products you want to the shopping cart and pressing the Checkout button. Then you choose the payment method and complete your order.

How do I know that my order has been accepted?

Upon completion of your order you will receive an automated email confirming your order. If not, please check spam or contact us.

I have a discount coupon. How can I use it?

Before completing your order, enter the coupon code on the payment method selection page. For any problem contact us at info@ravenpaws.gr

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it. After this time your order may have already been processed, so cancellation will not be accepted.
You can send an email to info@ravenpaws.gr with the subject "Cancellation of order", stating the details of your order.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to register to make your purchase. But if you create an account, you can save your favorite products as well as take advantage of unique offers and discounts enjoyed by our members.

Payment methods

What payment methods are available?

  • By credit/debit card through Viva Wallet's secure transaction system.
  • By deposit to a bank account. Partner banks: VivaWallet, Piraeus, National Bank.
    In the case of a bank deposit, the customer must write his name and order number in the explanation and then send us an email with proof of payment to proceed with the order.
  • Cash on delivery with an additional charge of X euros.

Returns / Exchanges

How can I return or exchange one or more products of my order?

To return a product, please email us at info@ravenpaws.gr with your order number to give you your address details and more details on the return process.

  • You can return or exchange products of your order within 14 days after their delivery. Weekends and Holidays are counted within 14 days.

  • Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, carefully wrapped, clean and unused, intact and with all tags attached. All items must be in perfect condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

  • Proof of retail sale is required to complete your return.

Exchange of non-defective products

In the event of a return of a non-defective product, shipping costs are borne by the customer.

In case the reason for the return is the fault of the company (e.g. mistake or
defective product), then the return cost is borne by our company.

Money return

In the case of a refund, the amount is returned to the customer minus the shipping costs of the product. Once we receive your package, we will examine the product(s) and notify you of your refund within 7 days. Refunds are accepted only upon company approval and the funds are credited to the original payment method.
